New Potato Bake

When there's no time to bake a whole potato.

Ingredients:
2 pounds small new potatoes, halved2 teaspoons olive oil1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon salt6 large cloves garlic, unpeeled

Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour |
 |
| Instructions: |
| Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and drizzle with 1 - 2 teaspoons oil.
Sprinkle on the remaining ingredients and use your hands to toss it all together until all potatoes are lightly coated with oil.
Spread out in a single layer and bake in a 350 oven for 25 - 35 minutes.
The garlic can be squeezed out of its skin and used as a spread for the potatoes.
