| Instructions: |
| Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add penne pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain in a colander and rinse with cool water. Set aside. Combine cooked shrimp, dressing, tomato and oregano in a large bowl. Add pasta and all the remaining vegetables. Toss gently to mix. Cover and chill. Serve with crumbled Feta Cheese. |
